- Full refund: If the project hasn’t started or initial design hasn’t been approved.
- Partial refund: If there’s failure after design approval — based on completed work.
- No refund: If project is complete and uploaded.
Logo Design / Brochure Design
- Full refund: If no work or design approval has occurred.
- Partial refund: Based on work done after design approval.
- No refund: If completed and uploaded.
Web Programming
- Full refund: If project has not started.
- Partial refund: Judged case-by-case, based on proportion of incomplete work.
Dedicated Hiring / Offshore Staffing
- Full refund: If services were not initiated by staff.
- Proportionate refund: For incomplete work when order is cancelled.
- No refund: For time already worked. Discount negotiations must happen immediately.
Delivery Policy Conditions
Refunds are valid only if:
- Payments are clear and up to date.
- Client provides all necessary information on time.
- Communication delays or incomplete input from clients do not qualify for refunds.
